No calendar at Fotolia

Shoot!  I thought that one might get through but I was wrong.  Wonder what it's going to take to actually get a calendar accepted there.  I think I'll search the site to see what others have done and take the knowledge learned and put it into myown design.

Twitter

I'm changing all of my microstock, professionals and crafters over to my new account @anitapotter from @apotterdd.  I'll be doing this over the next several days to a week so Twitter doesn't think I'm just a bot out to get a bunch of followers.  I'll follow 10 from my old account to my new account and I'll possibly do that twice a day.  Once that's done I'll unfollow you from my old Twitter account and I'll @ you to unfollow my old account and to follow my new one if you so wish.  I just hope this won't take too long to accomplish.

Finally

Finally got a calendar to upload to Fotolia.  I tried to get the 4 year calendar file down to under 2mb but couldn't do it.  It just got too small for my liking.  I wish they'd ease up on that a bit like make it 5mb.  If it were 5mb I could actually upload the rest of my portfolio to them.  Of course I don't think that they'll change that anytime soon or actually at all.  We'll see if it gets accepted.

Pending no more

Dreamstime accepted 5 of my 9 images.  Got nailed with the too many similiar images rejection.  Got that last week at Shutterstock as well for the same files.  Eh maybe I'll adjust the black calendar get the file size down and submit it to Fotolia.  Those two only took the black 4 year calendar which is fine.  I'm hoping to get some EL's out of it.

Portfolio is now set up

I couldn't figure out how to make it show up in the blog so it's in it's own little gallery on the site.  Thankfully that's over with and I can go back to concentrating on other things like microstock and writing.
